We are located in Yorkshire, Ohio in Northern Darke County. We are a small breeder who love our dogs and has a primary goal of producing top quality labradors that are AKC registered and health tested.
Our Focus
Four Star Labradors focus is on developing great companions as well as outstanding hunting dogs for all of your family needs. Our ENGLISH blood lines have been carried on from champion blood lines on both the maternal and paternal sides. The Dogs personalities display both the high energy required for hunting and the friendly easy going temperament needed for companionship. Our dogs also will demonstrate an extraordinary level of intelligence and eagerness to please, with an obedient spirit. There attitudes make for easy training and awesome companions. You can easily see the English characteristics within our labs as they demonstrate a super athletic build with heavy bone structure, blocky square head’s and beautiful silky coats. Our adult dogs are tested for the following OFA Hips and Elbows, eyes, CNM and EIC.
Health Guarantee
Our puppies come with a written health guarantee, with their dew claws removed. Puppies will be wormed and have their first round of vaccination as well as a physical from our vet. Puppies are on a first come bases with a $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Having trouble deciding what temperament is best for you? Allow us to help, having been with them since the day they were whelped we can assist in providing a little deeper look into their personality.
Please know that Four Star Labradors reserves the right to the first pick of the litter, but we will inform you on our plan prior to your deposit. Each lab shows their own personality which sets them apart from each other. However, each one of them will show the most defining characteristic of all, to be number one by your side with absolute unconditional love and loyalty. This is why labradors are the number one dog in America. Labradors assume many different rolls: your best friend to play fetch with, therapy dog, law enforcement, military dogs, and our good friend in the hunting field.
Our labs are born in the house and are there for 3 to 4 weeks then they are moved to an outside area for more room to play, there they get to interact with our grandkids and also get exposed to water, and birds.
